摘要

Abstract

In China,edible fungi industry holds a unique and important position in the field of agriculture.However,its development process is not always going smoothly,facing many difficult problems and pain points for a long time.In order to alter the above situation,creating new quality productive forces that can support the improvement of quality and efficiency,transformation and development of China's edible fungi industry to accelerate the process of its whole industrial chain to a high level is needed.In recent years,efforts have been made by the China Agriculture Research System of Edible Fungi and top production enterprises that successfully led to the establishment and application of two whole industrial chains of edible fungi,breeding of fourteen new cultivated varieties carrying regional characteristics,innovation of nine technologies reflecting the characteristics of the era and six newly developed products having distinctive characteristics as well.These achievements as represented here by the development of new varieties,new technologies and new products thereafter would promote the stage of industrial chain for edible fungi to a much higher level.
