破壁灵芝孢子粉对DBP与BaP共同暴露致大鼠肝损伤的保护作用
Protective Effect of Sporoderm-Broken Spores of Ganoderma lingzhi on Liver Injury Induced by DBP and BaP Exposure in Rats

Abstract
In order to explore the protective effect of sporoderm-broken spores of Ganoderma lingzhi(SSGL)on rat liver injury induced by exposure of dibutyl phthalate(DBP)and benzo(a)pyrene(BaP),a number of 80 healthy and newly weaned SD rats were randomly divided into the control group,vehicle control group(given with corn oil),DBP+BaP exposure group(DBP 250 mg/kg+BaP 5 mg/kg)and SSGL group(DBP 250 mg/kg+BaP 5 mg/kg+SSGL 1 g/kg)on the basis of their body weight.After a 90-day treatment,urine and blood samples were collected from all rats,before they were sacrificed,for the detection of pathological changes in rat liver tissue,main metabolite levels of DBP and BaP in urine,including mono-butyl phthalate(MBP)and 1-hydroxypyrene(1-OHP),and level changes of serum liver function indicators as well.Our results showed that SSGL could significantly improve the degree of liver cell necrosis,inflammatory cell infiltration and liver cell degeneration caused by the combined exposure of DBP and BaP,and increase the content of MBP and 1-OHP in urine as well as reduce the levels of ALT,AST,ALP,and TB in rat serum.These results thereafter demonstrated that SSGL may play a positive role in the improvement of pathological damage in the livers of rats induced by DBP and BaP exposure,the effective enhancement of liver metabolism and the reduction of serum liver function indicator levels for protection of liver functions.关键词
