航天育种灵芝菌丝体多糖的体外降糖降脂活性
In-vitro Hypoglycemic and Hypolipidemic Activities of Polysaccharide Extracted from Space-bred Ganoderma lingzhi Mycelia

Abstract
Polysaccharides of space-bred Ganoderma lingzhi mycelia(GL)were extracted using hot water and separated by removing proteins with Sevag method and dialysis.Contents of sugar,reducing sugar,uronic acid and protein,inhibition activity of GL against α-amylase,α-glucosidase and pancreatic lipase,and binding ability with cholates were detected as well.Our results showed that the separated GL contained 52.7%polysaccharide,3.85%reducing sugar,7.11%uronic acid and 3.59%protein.The inhibition rate against α-amylase,α-glucosidase and pancreatic lipase was 78.81%,76.92%and 80.00%,while the binding rate with sodium glycine cholate and sodium bezoar cholate was 43.59%and 46.51%respectively.These facts therefore demonstrated that GL could carry a strong in vitro hypoglycemic and hypolipidemic effect and thus have the potentiality for future development and application with high values.关键词
