12种种衣剂对玉米成株期镰孢菌茎腐病的田间防治效果评价
Evaluating Application Effects of Twelve Seed Coating Agents on Field Control of Fusarium Stalk Rot during the Mature Stage of Corn

Abstract
In this study,a number of 12 seed coating agents including two agents independently developed by Jilin Agricultural University were used for the determination of field control efficacies on corn stalk rot.Inhibitory effects of the compositions and contents of different agents on Fusarium graminearum and F.verticillioides were investigated by measuring the mycelial growth rate in vitro.Control efficacies of the different seed coating agents on stalk rot were furthermore evaluated through field plot tests at the mature stage of corn for two years.Supply of 11%metalaxyl-fludioxonil-azoxystrobin suspending agent,35 g/L of fludioxonil-metalaxyl FS and 29%thiamethoxam-fludioxonil-metalaxyl FS had better inhibitory effects on the mycelial growth of F.graminearum,showing EC90 values of 2.19 mg/L,5.34 mg/L and 6.98 mg/L,respectively.Supply of 240 g/L of mycloflufen-pyraclostrobin FS and 11%metalaxyl-fludioxonil-azoxystrobin FS,on the other hand,had better inhibitory effects on the mycelium growth of F.verticillioides,revealing the EC90 values of 4.38 mg/L and 49.23 mg/L,respectively.All of the coating agents were found to play an effective role on the rate and date of seed emergence,in which the average time for corn seedling treated with the seed coating agents was 2.9 days earlier than that of control.In particular,the supply of 240 g/L chlorofluoroether-pyrazolate FS and two independently developed agents(Nongda formula 202 and 201)clearly promoted the emergence of corn seeds,and improved the seedling rate and the grain yield of corns as well.The above three agents revealed a control effect of more than 70%on corn stalk rot at the mature stage,indicating their great values for future development and application on the control of corn stalk rot and corn production.关键词
