摘要
Abstract
In order to improve the shrinkage and durability of concrete,in this paper, the self-shrinkage,dry shrinkage, carbonization resist-ance and chloride penetration resistance of composite fly ash concrete under different water-binder ratios and gelling systems were systematical-ly studied. The results show that the smaller the water-binder ratio, the larger the self-shrinkage rate at early age(12-72 h),but the drying shrinkage is significantly reduced, and the durability is significantly improved. The addition of fly ash and mineral powder significantly im-proved the durability of concrete, and the carbonization depth of FSA was reduced by 11.46%,the penetration depth of chloride ions was re-duced by 29.56%,and the diffusion coefficient was reduced by 52.99%.The composite fly-ash,mineral powder and limestone powder gel-ling system has the best shrinkage performance, and the self-shrinkage rate decreases by 29.12%after 72h and 29.08%after 28d drying compared with the benchmark test. However, the dilution of limestone powder and its activity in carbonization environment have some adverse effects on the durability of concrete.关键词
