Abstract
At present,the design and construction of highway tunnels in China are basically designed and constructed by the new Austrian method,and the composite lining structure type of waterproof layer sandwiched between the initial support and the secondary lining is accord-ingly adopted.For the design of secondary lining,major domestic design institutes mostly use the methods of engineering analogy and theoreti-cal calculation for design,and largely refer to the parameters recommended in the"Highway Tunnel Design Code"(JTG3370.1-2018).In order to achieve the purpose of thinning the thickness of the secondary lining,this paper takes the improvement of the concrete material per-formance of the secondary lining of the tunnel as the starting point,and uses the method of numerical simulation calculation to give the design parameters of the secondary lining of the three-lane highway tunnel in the tunnel grade IV surrounding rock section.Based on the Zhaoji-azhuang Tunnel of Zhashui-Shanyang Expressway,the rationality of using 50cm thick C35 reinforced concrete for the secondary lining of the three-lane highway tunnel was verified according to the on-site monitoring and measurement data.关键词
