Abstract

This paper analyzes the influence of the angle and height of the folding plate on the structural load of a deep excavation tunnel in a city,especially for large-span cross-sections.Based on the folding plate structure,this paper takes a certain project's dual six-lane cross-section arrangement as a basis and uses a load-structure model to mainly analyze the influence of the folding plate angle and height on the structure's load.The results show that:(1)As the folding plate angle increases,the top plate midspan bending moment increases,while the folding plate midspan bending moment decreases.When the folding angle exceeds 45 degrees,the folding plate midspan experiences negative bending moment;(2)In engineering practice,as the folding plate angle increases,it becomes more difficult for construction crews to set up formwork at the folding plate,so the folding plate is commonly used at angles of 30 degrees and 45 degrees.However,when the folding angle is 30 degrees,the top plate and folding plate midspan bending moments are similar,which is beneficial to structural reinforcement.By control-ling cracks,the structural reinforcement is similar,so it is recommended to use a folding angle of 30 degrees;(3)As the folding plate height increases,the top plate midspan bending moment decreases,while the folding plate midspan bending moment and sidewall bending moment in-crease.However,the change in folding plate height has a small impact on the bottom plate bending moment.
