Abstract

In order to reduce the occurrence of water inrush disaster,based on the diversion tunnel project of Shuizhu Chong Reservoir in Li-ping Countyand combined with three-dimensional discrete element numerical simulation software,the influence of water pressure and fault dip Angle on the safety thickness of the anti-outburst body on the tunnel's hump face was explored based on the research results,and some preven-tive measures were proposed to prevent water inrush disaster.Thus,it provides solid data support and theoretical basis for the safe promotion of the project,and effectively guarantees the stability and safety of the adjacent construction process.The research shows that with the increase of water pressure of water-rich fault,the displacement of the center point of the tunnel palm face is increasing,and the possibility of water inrush mud damage is also increasing.Therefore,the safety thickness of the anti-outburst body increases gradually with the increase of water pres-sure.With the increase of the dip Angle of the fault,the displacement at the center of the tunnel palm face decreases gradually,so the safety thickness of the tunnel palm face anti-surge body decreases with the increase of the fault dip Angle.In the process of tunnel excavation,ad-vance geological prediction and support should be done to prevent the disaster of water outburst and mud outburst.
