Abstract
In order to reduce the risk of highway tunnel collapse,based on the collapse of a highway tunnel,the causes of highway tunnel col-lapse were analyzed,Midas GTS finite element numerical simulation was used,and the treatment measures were put forward.The results show that the surrounding rock is loose and unstable in tunnel collapse area,and the strength of surrounding rock is weakened by snow melt water in-filtration in winter.During the construction period,the falling block of the tunnel roof was not paid enough attention and was not reinforced in time,which eventually led to the collapse accident.The vertical and horizontal deformation of the tunnel can be effectively controlled by using advanced small conduit support.When the length of the conduit is 3.5 m,the supporting effect is the best,which has both supporting perform-ance and construction economy.The settlement and horizontal convergence of the tunnel arch are reduced by 61.39%and 58.27%compared with that without reinforcement.关键词
