Abstract

In order to solve the difficulty of concrete-filled steel tube construction,this paper takes a large commercial center project as an ex-ample to deeply analyze the construction technology of concrete-filled steel tube structure in high-rise buildings.The practice shows that the proper hoisting scheme and the accuracy of positioning and pay-off are the key to the accurate installation of steel pipe column.The application of self-compacted concrete in concrete-filled steel tubes can ensure the bond strength of concrete and steel tubes.The upper and lower steel pipe columns are connected by inner plate and additional plate,and the welding quality is controlled to ensure the connection strength.Fine stone concrete is a good fire prevention measure for concrete-filled steel tube columns.
