摘要
Abstract
This paper takes the old residential areas in Fujian province to evaluate the feasibility and optimization strategy of transforming them into ultra-low energy consumption buildings.By analyzing the building characteristics and energy consumption status of the community,the transformation technology path adapted to Fujian climate is proposed,including the building envelope structure optimization,door and window system upgrading,ventilation and energy management optimization and the application of renewable energy.Combined with the case study,the optimization strategies of intelligent energy management system and photovoltaic integration are discussed.The study shows that by comparing energy consumption simulation with actual data,the energy consumption of the south room is reduced by 24%,the annual power generation of the photovoltaic system reaches 16,500 kWh,the investment payback period is about 8 years,and the economic benefits of various transforma-tion measures are good.The research results provide an effective reference for the ultra-low energy consumption transformation of the old resi-dential areas,and have the potential to promote it in other areas.关键词
