Abstract

In order to ensure the seamless construction effect of mass concrete in biological pond,taking the A/A/O biological pond project of cast-in-place concrete structure in a sewage treatment plant in Beijing as an example,the technical difficulties of seamless construction were systematically expounded from the key aspects of theoretical analysis and calculation,and the design of expansion belt after pouring.The prac-tice shows that under the guidance of the design theory and through strict construction management,the seamless construction of the mass con-crete of the biological pond is realized,the construction period is shortened by 30 d,and no harmful cracks are generated,and it has good anti-freezing and anti-seepage effects.To sum up,the mass concrete seamless construction technology has remarkable reliability and economy.
