Abstract
This paper takes Chinese non-ferrous metal smelting EPC project as the research object,combines the FANP method to study Chi-nese non-ferrous metal smelting EPC project performance evaluation from four dimensions of project management dimension,project result di-mension,economic benefit dimension and safety and environmental protection dimension,as well as 22 indexes,and finds that at present the weight coefficients of the four evaluation dimensions for Chinese non-ferrous metal smelting EPC project are,from largest to smallest.Safety and environmental protection dimension(89.198 4)>project results dimension(83.972 8)>project management dimension(83.292 8)>economic benefits dimension(80.371 4),which verifies the effectiveness and practicality of the evaluation system of FANP fuzzy network hier-archical analysis in the performance evaluation of non-ferrous metal smelting EPC projects.The study provides a powerful decision-making ba-sis for enterprises to select the optimal management scheme among many non-ferrous metal EPC projects,which helps them to reduce risks,improve benefits and enhance market competitiveness.关键词
