Abstract
Based on the analysis of cost control risks in EPC mode,the cost risks under EPC mode are identified from four dimensions:de-sign,procurement,construction,and completion,and an EPC project cost risk evaluation index system is established.Taking the M Avenue EPC project in Jinan City as an example,the G1-FCE method was used to quantitatively analyze the risks of various indicators,evaluate the risk level,identify key factors,and propose corresponding cost management optimization measures,verifying the effectiveness and practicality of the evaluation system.关键词
