Research and Application Progress on the Effects of Light on Anthocyanin Biosynthesis in Plants
摘要
Abstract
Anthocyanins are phenolic compounds,which are a class of water-soluble pigments widely found in plants and serve as important antioxidants.The synthesis of anthocyanins is affected by various external environmental factors,among which light plays a crucial role as an essential element for plant growth.This study aims to review the effects of different light environments on anthocyanin biosynthesis in plants,combined with the latest research progress in the regulation of anthocyanin biosynthesis in plants both domestically and internationally.Additionally,it explores approaches of artificially regulating light conditions to alter anthocyanin content to improve plant coloration and enhance antioxidant capacity,providing theoretical insights for the development of plants and functional foods.关键词
