基于SWOT-AHP模型的黔东南州旅游可持续发展策略研究
Study on Sustainable Tourism Development Strategies in Qiandongnan Prefecture Based on AHP-SWOT Analysis

Abstract
The SWOT-AHP analysis method was utilized to study the sustainable tourism development strategies in Qiandongnan prefecture,providing a quantitative analysis of the strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and threats of its tourism development.The results show that the advantages of tourism in Qiandongnan prefecture lie in its abundant tourism resources and rich ethnic culture.The disadvantages include poor infrastructure,limited diversity of tourism products and a shortage of professionals.The primary opportunity is the driving effect of rural sports,while the main threat is the insufficient integration of resources.The tourism resources are classified as being in a strength-oriented exploratory strategic area.Finally,the study suggests that Qiandongnan prefecture should seize the stra-tegic opportunity,actively explore the resource advantages,continue to expand and enhance its rural sports and cultural industry,and strengthen the recruitment and cultivation of tourism professionals.关键词
