Spectral Characteristics and Optimization of Phosphor-free White-LEDs

Abstract
Phosphor-free white LEDs are regarded as the developmental direction of next-generation LEDs due to their advantages in healthy lighting and luminous efficacy.In this study,the Non-dominated-Sorting-Genetic-Algorithm II(NSGA-II)was employed for spectral optimization of a five-primary-color phosphor-free LED(5PC-PF-LEDs).The opti-mized results were compared with phosphor-based LEDs,and the findings revealed that the general color rendering index(CRI)of the five-primary-color phosphor-free LED exceeded 90,indicating excellent color fidelity.Additionally,it exhibited higher luminous efficiency and lower blue light hazards,making it more eye-friendly under low-light conditions.Phosphor-free LEDs play a key role in advancing healthier and more efficient illumination solutions.关键词
