基于TOPSIS-灰色关联分析的乡村文化景观评价与提升研究

Abstract
Flexible governance is the frontier paradigm of future rural governance,and the enhancement of the rural cultural landscape can effectively support the rural flexible governance model.Taking Shuguang Village in Nan'an City as a case study,the research explores the direction of rural cultural landscape enhancement under flexible governance.By collecting the elements of rural cultural landscape,an evaluation system was constructed with primary indicators including"endogenous power,potential value,and current situation".The AHP-CRITIC combi-nation method was utilized to determine indicator weights,while the TOPSIS-gray degree correlation analysis method was employed to measure the status of cultural landscape elements and categorize them.Relevant differentiated management measures were proposed based on the classification results.The results reveal that the physical cultural landscape elements in Shuguang village are at the upper-middle level generally,with historical building clusters,agricultural production landscapes,and sacrificial sites ranking higher.Intangible cultural landscape elements are overall at a moderate level,with practices such as farming methods,sacrificial culture,and production-life traditions performing better.Additionally,the cultural landscape elements in Shuguang village are divided into 7 types,with 6 levels of enhancement measures recommended.High-energy elements should be protected dynamically,potential elements require repair and renovation,and empowered elements should undergo value reconstruction.Memory-based elements should be fully activated,while foundational and upgradable elements require improvement and reinforcement.Low-energy elements should be maintained as it is.关键词
