摘要

Abstract

The resonance of the armature assembly of an electro-hydraulic servo valve causes spring tube rupture easily,which is a big shortcoming that affects the performance of an aircraft's hydraulic servo system.Therefore,it is necessary to investigate the vibration characteristics of the armature assembly.This study uses the acoustic excitation method and the laser ranging technology to obtain the natural frequencies of the armature assembly in its dry and wet modes.At the same time,the ANSYS Workbench software is used to conduct the dry and wet mode analysis based on the acoustic-structure coupling method.The results show that the additional mass effect of fluid has a great effect on the vibration characteristics of the armature assembly,to which attention must be paid,and the natural frequency of the wet mode of the armature assembly is lower than that of the dry mode.
