摘要

Abstract

Taking a certain type of automobile drive axle housing as the research object,the orthogonal test was designed to optimize the value range of technological parameters in the correction of axle housing with large deformation,such as heating temperature,heating wire width,heating wire length,heating speed and so on.The primary and secondary order of the influence factors on the correction effect of automobile drive axle housing with large deformation was obtained.On the basis of orthogonal experiment,the technology of fixed-point force combined with flame heating is adopted to carry out comprehensive correction of automobile drive axle housing.The results show that the comprehensive correction method of fixed point force combined with flame heating can effectively reduce the orthopedic defects in the correction of the automobile drive axle housing,avoid the rebound of the housing after deformation correction,and meet the requirements of the automobile drive axle housing.
