摘要

Abstract

The use of composites and lightweight alloys is conducive to the realization of automotive lightweighting,and the use of flow drill screw process can achieve a better connection.In order to improve the connection quality,carbon fiber reinforced thermosetting composite plate and 6061-T6 aluminum alloy plate joints as the object of study,based on orthogonal test to explore the flow drill and self-tapping screw joint process parameters on the quality of the joints of the law,analysis to get the optimal processing parameter combinations,and the construction of the regression model for the actual production to provide reference.The test results show that the different processing parameters have different effects on the quality of the joint,and the optimal processing parameters can effectively improve the tensile and shear strength of the joint quality.
