Abstract
The year 2025 marks the conclusion of the 14th Five-Year Plan and the beginning of the comprehensive implementation of the spirit of the Third Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China.The"No.1 central document"for 2025 systematically deploys further deepening rural reforms and advancing the comprehensive revitalization of rural areas.It explicitly proposes to thoroughly study and apply the experience from the"Thousand Village Demonstration and Ten Thousand Village Renovation"Project continuously enhancing the supply capacity of important agricultural products such as grain,consolidating and expanding the achievements in poverty alleviation,vigorously developing county-level wealth industries,promoting rural construction,improving rural governance systems,and optimizing the mechanisms for factor security and allocation.It aims to drive agricultural efficiency,rural vitality,and farmers'income through various means.This deployment not only refines and actualizes the spirit of the Third Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee and the 2024 Central Economic Work Conference in the field of agriculture,rural areas,and farmers(or"three rurals"),but also reflects a clear strategy for advancing the development of agriculture,rural areas and farmers in the new journey,strategically laying out and focusing on key areas.It releases a clear signal for further deepening rural reforms,striving to remove institutional and mechanistic obstacles that hinder the development of productive forces,and solidly promoting the comprehensive revitalization of rural areas,providing strong policy support for the steady progress of the"three rurals"work in this pivotal year.关键词
