新乡贤推动乡村产业振兴的过程研究
Process of new xiangxian promoting rural industrial revitalization:an exploratory case study based on grounded theory

Abstract
Based on actor network theory,this study conducts an exploratory case analysis of C village in Hunan province to investigate the dynamic process through which new xiangxian elifes drive rural industrial revitalization.The results show that the core actor,the new xiangxian,in collaboration with government,village committees,and villagers,undergoes a process of"cooperation initiation-recruitment and absorption-dual line regulation,"forming a network of actors that promotes the development of rural industry.The rural industrial revitalization actor network evolves iteratively through three stages:"initial incubation→network building→steady state deepening",presenting a spiral development process.High embedding compatibility and government mobilization are necessary conditions for the formation of the actor network in the initial incubation phase.Consensus building and action construction are the methods to attract other actors in the network building phase.Behavioral constraints and risk control are strategies for stabilizing the actor network in the steady state deepening phase.Based on these findings,it is recommended to formulate targeted policies to support the return of new xiangxian elifes for entrepreneurship,establish a win-win philosophy to promote effective cooperation among multiple stakeholders in rural industrial revitalization,and form a solid industrial development risk control mechanism.关键词
