共同富裕背景下农村新型集体经济发展的逻辑
Logic of new-type rural collective economic development under common prosperity:from the perspective of synergy theory
摘要
Abstract
Based on synergy theory,this paper constructs an analytical framework of"institutional environment-multi-subject-cooperative action",and examines the collective economic development course of W village in western Sichuan,in order to reveal the practical logic of village community coordinating the development of new-type rural collective economy.The results show that multi-subject coordination of village community overall planning is an important way of collective economic development.The system environment of multi-subject coordination is made up of the driving and motivating of township administration,the"two-in-one"role of village collective administration and economy,and the inherent cooperative tradition of village community.Under the incentive of the institutional environment,the village collective and the multiple subjects cooperatively activate the endogenous resources of the village and realize the accumulation of elements through the village community,strive to win resources and seize development opportunities through administrative coordination,achieve resource integration and reduce the supply cost of public goods through market coordination,and carry out cross-village cooperation through regional cooperation to expand business space.As a result,the rural collective economy has formed a pattern of"multi-subject coordinated development with village collective as the core".Therefore,it is suggested that in the vast central and western regions where the resource endowment is limited,it is vital that attention be paid to the localization of the main body and the integration of resources,taking into account the economy and sociality of collective development.关键词
