产业集聚对中国林产工业碳排放强度的影响研究
Impact of industrial agglomeration on carbon emission intensity of China's forest products industry
摘要
Abstract
Based on the panel data of 25 provinces in China from 2013 to 2020,this article uses the benchmark regression model,the threshold model and the instrumental variable method to empirically analyze the impact of industrial agglomeration on the carbon emission intensity of China's forest products industry.The results show that there exists a significant inverted U-shaped relationship between industrial agglomeration and carbon emission intensity of forest product industry,and that the increase of agglomeration degree aggravates carbon emission in the initial stage before it gradually decreases after crossing the threshold value.Heterogeneity analysis shows that compared with other industries,the carbon emission intensity of paper industry is more sensitive to the agglomeration level due to its high resource dependence and high energy consumption.Due to the different resource endowments and economic structures in different regions,the industrial agglomeration in the western and northeastern regions shows a U-shaped relationship with the carbon emission intensity of the forest industry.Additionally,technological innovation and R&D investment brought about by industrial agglomeration can significantly reduce carbon emission intensity.Therefore,it is suggested to strengthen the construction of industrial cluster of forest products industry and promote regional economic development and industrial structure optimization according to the actual situation of regional forest products industry.Furthermore,it is necessary to build a low-carbon technological innovation system,facilitate technological breakthroughs,foster industry-university-research cooperation,and promote regional alliances to improve the efficiency and competitiveness of industrial chains.关键词
