Research progress on pathophysiological mechanism,physiological mechanism application status of somatostatin in acute pancreatitis
摘要
Abstract
Somatostatin(SST)is widely expressed in human body and plays a variety of physiological effects.Because of its unique physiological effects,it has been widely concerned and applied in the clinical treatment of acute pancreatitis(AP).Scientific,reasonable and normative SST application is the key to the treatment of AP clinical strategies.At present,the application of SST is the routine clinical treatment of AP solution,but the application of scientific and reasonable normative and specific mechanism has not been the at-tention of the masses of clinical medical workers.This review provides an in-depth analysis of the pharmaco-logical and physiological mechanism of SST in the treatment of AP,as well as the optimal timing,dosage and duration of SST administration.This review provides theoretical guidance and practical norms for clinical treatment,and has positive clinical significance for improving the professional level of medical workers and the quality of life of patients.关键词
