Abstract
In response to the ecological challenges presented by global warming,reducing carbon emissions and ultimately achieving carbon neutrality has become a global consensus.Our nation is proactively addressing the requests of the international community by introducing the"30 60 Dual Carbon"targets.This initiative provides a definitive framework for the green and low-carbon transformation of our economy and society.In this context,traditional surveying and design firms face numerous challenges.Firstly,the escalating competition within the industry has led to a notable homogenization of services,which in turn has contributed to a persistent decline in market share.Secondly,the implementation of increasingly rigorous environmental protection regulations and standards poses significant obstacles to the sustainability of conventional design models characterized by high energy consumption and emissions.This situation compels firms to urgently explore new avenues for development.This paper takes Company A,a surveying and design firm situated in a central province of China,as a case study in relation to the"30·60 Dual Carbon"targets.Focusing on the business transformation of traditional survey and design operations,it proposes measures such as engaging in carbon services,offering carbon consulting,and implementing carbon asset development to achieve deep carbon empowerment of business operations,thereby promoting comprehensive green transformation of the company.关键词
