Abstract
From a broader market perspective,the engineering general contracting sector in China has witnessed significant growth in recent years,characterized by a consistent expansion in market size.Despite the promising market prospects,surveying and design firms face numerous challenges when expanding their general contracting operations,such as insufficient management capabilities and incomplete professional systems.This study conducts research and application analysis on design management risks within the EPC model,aiming to enhance project risk control levels and mitigate project risks.关键词
