Abstract
This paper discussed the role of design institutes and the strategies they can employ to lead the development of whole process engineering consulting services.By examining the connotation and current state of whole process engineering consulting management,this paper explained the significant role of design institutes in this domain,further dissected the existing conditions and problems,as well as the future opportunities and challenges faced by design institutes in advancing whole process engineering consulting management,and presented key strategies for design institutes to lead whole process engineering consulting services.关键词
