Abstract
In light of the ongoing digital transformation within the construction industry and the increasing competition between general contracting and architectural responsibility models,the digitalization of project management has become a vital competitive advantage for organizations.As a result,it is imperative to elevate the levels of digitalization in project management.The integrated management of design,construction,and financial aspects,underpinned by the extensive data framework of Building Information Modeling(BIM)models,exemplifies a pioneering initiative in Engineering,Procurement,and Construction(EPC)project management that is fundamentally design-oriented.In light of this information,and considering the methodologies employed in the airport Phase Ⅲ general contracting project,this study explores project management within a BIM-based big data environment from the perspective of survey and design enterprises engaged in general contracting projects.Research findings suggest that the implementation of BIM can enhance project control accuracy,markedly increase the efficiency of project management,and create value through effective data management.关键词
