Abstract
In accordance with the deployment of the Plan for Implementing the Project to Construct Embedded Service Facilities in Urban Communities,pilot cities have enthusiastically responded and accelerated the construction progress of pilot projects.A study was conducted based on 804 valid survey questionnaires collected through interviews with personnel from the sub-district office,community planners,and residentsin A Sub-district,Shanghai.As the survey showed,the sub-district has successfully revitalized aging and underutilized spaces while enhancing the overall service level of communities by exploring paths for implementation under conditions of limited local government investment.Meanwhile,the sub-district has essentially established a sustainable operation model,which is of demonstration and promotional value to advancing the construction of embedded service facilities in urban communities across China.关键词
