Abstract
In the context of global economic integration and accelerated urbanization,megacities are generally confronted with land resource shortages,making the increase in industrial space supply a key factor for high-quality industrial development.Using literature research and case study methods,this paper summarizes the characteristics and development trends of industrial space demand in megacities.Taking Guangming District in Shenzhen as a case study,the paper examines the challenges faced in industrial development by reviewing the district's industrial evolution and development goals.It proposes industrial space supply strategies,including revitalizing inefficient land use,creating contiguous industrial spaces,strengthening the linkage of industrial sectors,and improving supporting facilities and infrastructure.These strategies aim to provide insights and references for addressing industrial space supply in megacities.关键词
