Analysis of the Progressive Renewal of Zhongshan Road Station and Its Surrounding Historic District in Qingdao Metro Line 1 Based on the Concept of Architectural Regeneration

Abstract
In recent years,urban renewal,also known as"stock optimization",has emerged as a trend in China's new era.The drawbacks of extensive and holistic commercial development and transformation of historic districts have gradually become apparent.How to appropriately renew,preserve,and reuse the historical value of historic districts,making them unique resources within the city,has become a research hotspot for many architects.Taking the renewal project of Zhongshan Road Station of Qingdao Metro Line 1 and its surrounding historic district as an example,this paper analyzes the progressive renewal model based on the concept of architectural regeneration,aiming to provide insights and references for similar projects.关键词
