摘要

Abstract

Cities are not only the crystallization of the development of human civilization, but also an important carrier of modern development. In the context of high-quality urban development,China's urban planning has shifted from gradual development to revitalizing stock and steadily improving quality. The report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China proposed to adhere to the people's city built by the people and for the people, improve the level of urban planning, construction and governance, accelerate the transformation of the development mode of megacities, implement urban renewal actions, strengthen urban infrastructure construction, and build livable, resilient and smart cities. As an important livelihood project, urban renewal needs to pay more attention to the inefficient areas of the city, which is characterized by the concentration of inefficient land, the chaotic streets, and the low quality of buildings. In 2022,the Qingdao Municipal Government clearly proposed to implement the urban renewal plan with the community as the entry point, and proposed a"three-year action",with the Laocangkou area being the top priority.According to the actual situation, through a combination of questionnaire surveys, field investigations, and grounded interviews, the subjective evaluation of residents in the updated area was collected, and the high-quality development of Qingdao was actively and steadily promoted in combination with the urban physical examination.
