Optimization of Supporting Facilities in Dementia-friendly Residential Areas:Taking Closed Residential Areas in Dalian as an Example
摘要
Abstract
With the rapid advancement of urbanization and the growing challenges of aging population,the needs and services for elderly individuals with dementia in residential areas have become a critical issue.This study,from a dementia-friendly perspective,takes closed residential areas in Dalian as a case study.Residential areas are categorized into neighborhood-type,community-type,and street-type based on their scale.The study analyzes the current status and deficiencies of supporting facilities in these areas and proposes targeted optimization strategies.The research aims to provide novel insights and perspectives for the further development of residential area design concepts in China.关键词
