摘要
Abstract
This study focuses on the Kangzhu Historic Block, employing genealogical analysis as a novel perspective and method for the renewal and transformation of historic blocks, aiming to promote their sustainable development.Through on-site genealogical research and literature review,a systematic examination of the block's main landscape nodes is conducted. The study first reviews the theoretical framework of renewal and transformation based on genealogical analysis, examines the historic evolution, current characteristics, and existing challenges of the Kangzhu Block, and provides an in-depth analysis of its key landscape nodes, including historic buildings, traditional streets and alleys, and public spaces. These landscape nodes embody rich historical and cultural information and serve as essential reflections of the block's identity.By constructing the spatial, functional, and sociocultural genealogies of the Kangzhu Block, the study deeply explores its internal logic and developmental trajectory.Based on these analyses, principles for renewal and transformation grounded in genealogical analysis are proposed.Specific strategies are outlined across three dimensions:space, function, and socioculture, including strengthening the protection of historic buildings, optimizing street and alley spaces, and improving public space quality.关键词
