经济性良好的社区养老集中照料空间设计策略研究
Research on the Design Strategies of Economically Efficient Community Elderly Concentrated Care Spaces
摘要
Abstract
Concentrated care space is the most economically independent part of community elderly care service facilities where social forces participate the most.This paper deeply analyzes the impact of factors including economic sources,development trends,occupancy rates,bed numbers,fee standards,medical and elderly care integration,and public space layout.It proposes reasonable bed number indicators and fee standards,as well as optimization strategies for medical and elderly care integration and public space settings,aiming to improve occupancy rates and design quality,thereby constructing economically efficient and effective concentrated care spaces.关键词
