Reform of Talent Cultivation Model Oriented by Urban Renewal Demands and Case Database Construction Practices

Abstract
China is currently in the mid-to-late stage of urbanization,where addressing deficiencies while pursuing development has become a pressing need.Urban renewal strategies are not only key to aligning with urban development patterns and resolving urban challenges but also a necessary pathway to achieving high-quality urban growth.The successful implementation of these strategies hinges on a strong talent pool,with architecture professionals playing a critical role in the comprehensive enhancement and reshaping of urban space,functionality,environment,and culture.This study,oriented by the demands of urban renewal,investigates the challenges in architecture talent cultivation.It explores practical reforms,including the establishment of urban renewal-oriented teaching organizations,the optimization of curricula and training programs,and the development of a case database,to cultivate urgently needed talents for urban renewal in China.关键词
