构建科技报告一体化算力体系研究
Research on Building an Integrated Computing Power System for Scientific and Technological Reports:A Case Study of Shandong Province
摘要
Abstract
As the system for scientific and technological reports is being improved,the bottlenecks have become increasingly prominent in classified data management,utilization of scientific and technological reports and other aspects.This paper makes the first attempt at defining the concept of"integrated computing power system for scientific and technological reports"through a comprehensive review of cur-rent relevant literature studies.Then it analyzes the advantages and problems of Shandong Province in building an integrated computing power system.Finally,it puts forward an idea for building this system as well as some countermeasures and suggestions on issues like improving the risk assessment mecha-nism for scientific and technical reports,and achieving the efficient utilization of such report data.关键词
