摘要

Abstract

Against the backdrop of the upcoming era of controlling the total amount and intensity of car-bon emissions,more adequate development of the new energy industry provides a crucial pathway to ad-dressing the contemporary challenge of coordinating low carbon and environmental protection with eco-nomic growth and social progress.This paper selects 150 typical major projects in the fields of photo-voltaic and lithium battery approved by the provincial-level energy conservation review in Jiangxi Prov-ince since the 14th Five-Year Plan.Then it analyzes the carbon emissions at each point on the link of the industrial chain.The results show there are significant differences in the intensity of carbon emis-sions and the energy consumption of industrial added value at each point of the industrial chain,and that enterprises at each point of the industrial chain are unbalanced in number and scale.Based on the above phenomena and the trend of the"dual control"shift,it proposes some countermeasures and sug-gestions for the high-quality development of the new energy industry in Jiangxi Province from four as-pects,namely,energy conservation and efficiency improvement,green and carbon reduction,industri-al upgrading,and policy regulation.
