Research on the Building of the Talent Support System for the Bioengineering and Pharmaceutical Industry in Jiangxi Province
摘要
Abstract
Jiangxi Province attaches great importance to the development of the bioengineering and pharmaceutical industry,listing it as an emerging industry to be developed at a faster pace.This paper analyzes the mobility,demand,and policy support of talents in the biomedical field of Jiangxi Prov-ince.Then it identifies urgent problems such as the"double challenges"of talent introduction and re-tention,shortage of high-level talents,and incomplete incentive policies for talents.Finally,it sug-gests building a comprehensive talent support system covering gathering,introduction,development,and retention as a way to provide intellectual support and talent guarantee for the high-quality develop-ment of this industry.关键词
