企业主导型创新联合体合作模式及案例研究
Research on the Cooperation Modes and Cases of Enterprise-led Innovation Consortia

Abstract
Enterprise-led innovation consortia promote collaborative innovation to tackle key technical problems by integrating high-quality resources from enterprises,universities,and scientific research institutions.That facilitates resource sharing and taps into complementary advantages,thereby impro-ving the efficiency of overall innovation.This paper makes an in-depth study on the operation mecha-nism of enterprise-led innovation consortia,analyzing the leading role of enterprises and their ways to achieve it.Based on practical cases,it explores the characteristics and development models of three or-ganizational forms,namely,entity-based,task-oriented,and systematized.Accordingly,it puts for-ward specific countermeasures and suggestions,including encouraging enterprises to increase research and development investment,improving the organizational structure and operation mechanism of consor-tia,establishing a mechanism for joint talent training,introducing supportive policies,and encouraging financial institutions to innovate their products and services.The research results of this paper will help enterprise-led innovation consortia enhance their capability of collaborative innovation,and provide important reference for their development.关键词
