摘要
Abstract
In order to evaluate the signal integrity of high-speed serial channel in digital phased array radar,or to troubleshoot and locate the fault quickly and conveniently when the high-speed link is abnormal,this paper presents a method for acquiring real-time eye pattern of the JESD204B receiving port in the FPGA without relying on additional testing equipment.This method is based on the receiving-end margin analysis function provided by the Xilinx 7 series FPGA high-speed serial transceiver.By adjusting the horizontal and vertical sampling positions of the test channel which is parallel to the receiving channel,the bit error rate(BER)parameters of each offset sampling point are obtained,so as to outline the eye pattern of the receiving end.The test results show that the pro-posed method does not need additional testing equipment,nor does it depend on the data code transmitted by the channel,but can obtain the eye pattern of the receiving end without affecting the normal operation of the transceiv-er,and evaluate the signal quality of the channel.关键词
