乳腺癌发展中脂质代谢重编程的调控机制研究进展
Advances in the study of the role of lipid metabolic reprogr-amming in regulating breast cancer development
摘要
Abstract
Breast cancer is the malignant tumor with the highest morbidity and mortality rate among women,and reprogramming lipid metabolism would effectively regulate tumor metabolic programs to meet the energy demands of tumor cells during proliferation,invasion and metastasis.Starting from the driving role of lipid metabolism in tumor progression,this paper has detailed the specific mechanisms by which fatty acid and cho-lesterol synthesis,uptake and oxidation promote breast cancer progression,as well as the potential mecha-nisms by which lipid metabolic reprogramming of stromal cells in the tumor microenvironment interacts with tumor cells to induce aberrant behaviors in tumor cells,and explored possible future novel antitumor therapeu-tic strategies targeting the lipid metabolic signaling pathway,either alone or in combination.It also explored new strategies for future antitumor therapy that may target lipid metabolism signaling pathways,either alone or in combination.关键词
