甘肃省两地超重和肥胖人群的城乡差异及影响因素分析
Urban and rural differences factors of overweight and obesity in two areas of Gansu Province
摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the urban-rural distribution of overweight and obesity in some areas of Gansu Province,and to analyze the possible influencing factors,to offer scientific basis for Gansu Province's"weight management year"initiative.Methods Based on the information of Gansu Province from the nation-al epidemiological survey on thyroid disease and iodine nutritional status,a total of 2 812 urban and rural residents aged 18 years and above in Lanzhou and Longnan were selected as the study subjects by using multi-stage stratified whole cluster random sampling.The prevalence of overweight and obesity among urban and ru-ral residents with different characteristics was analysed,and the influencing factors of overweight and obesity were analysed using multifactorial Logistic regression.Results Data from the thyroid disease and iodine nutri-tional status study in Gansu Province showed that the prevalence of overweight and obesity among urban and rural residents was 36.0%and 10.2%,respectively.The overweight rate of urban male residents was 49.7%,which was significantly higher than that of rural males,which was 36.8%(P<0.05),while the obesity rate did not differ significantly between urban and rural areas.The prevalence of overweight and the prevalence of obesity were all lower among urban women than those among rural women.The prevalence of hypertension,hyperglycemia and dyslipidemia was higher in overweight and obese people.Logistic regression analysis showed that urban area,male and age increase were the risk factors for overweight and obesity in Gansu Prov-ince residents,while postgraduate education or above was a protective factor.Stratified analyses in urban and rural areas showed that in urban areas,male and age growth were risk factors for overweight and obesity,while university and higher education were protective factors for overweight and obesity.In rural areas,male,age growth and high school education were risk factors.Conclusion The rate of overweight and obesity among adults in some areas of Gansu Province showed differences between urban and rural areas as well as between genders.Targeted health interventions are needed.关键词
