龈沟液TSP-1、Melatonin、IL-17A水平与慢性牙周炎患者病情的相关性
The correlation between TSP-1,Melatonin,IL-17A in gingival crevicular fluid and disease condition in patients with chronic periodontitis

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the correlation between thrombospodin-1(TSP-1),melatonin(Mel),and inter-leukin(IL)-17A in gingival crevicular fluid and disease condition of patients with chronic periodontitis.Methods:From Octo-ber 2023 to October 2024,109 patients with chronic periodontitis who visited to our hospital were labeled as chronic periodon-titis group.Complying with the severity of the condition,there were 35 cases in mild group,42 cases in moderate group,and 32 cases in severe group.Another 109 healthy individuals who had normal oral examinations in our hospital were labeled as control group.All subjects experienced periodontal check,and periodontal clinical indicators and proportion of alveolar bone resorption were recorded.Enzyme linked immunosorbent assay was performed to measure TSP-1,Mel,and IL-17A in gingival crevicular fluid.In addition,Pearson method was used to analyze the correlation between the various factors in gingival crevic-ular fluid and periodontal indicators.Results:The chronic periodontitis group had higher TSP-1 and IL-17A in gingival crev-icular fluid and periodontal clinical indicators,and lower Mel than control group(P＜0.05).TSP-1 and IL-17A in gingival crevicular fluid were positively correlated with various periodontal clinical indicators in patients with chronic periodontitis,while Mel in gingival crevicular fluid was negatively correlated with various periodontal clinical indicators(P＜0.05).The TSP-1 and IL-17A in gingival crevicular fluid and periodontal clinical indicators raised sequentially in the mild,moderate,and severe groups,while Mel declined sequentially(P＜0.05).The proportion of alveolar bone resorption in 109 patients was(21.25±2.89)%.There was a statistical difference in the proportion of alveolar bone resorption among patients with different disease courses,diabetes history,regular oral examinations,periodontal clinical indicators and gingival crevicular fluid TSP-1,Mel,IL-17A(P＜0.05).Conclusion:The abnormal expression of TSP-1,IL-17A,and Mel in gingival crevicular fluid of pa-tients with chronic periodontitis.They are closely related to the severity of periodontitis in patients.关键词
