基于颈椎骨龄定量分期法的不同垂直骨面型骨性Ⅱ类错畸形患者舌骨位置的CBCT研究
A comparison of hyoid bone position among different vertical skeletal Class Ⅱ malocclusions by CBCT based on quantitative cervical vertebra maturation stages

Abstract
Objective:To compare the hyoid bone position among patients with different vertical skeletal Class Ⅱ mal-occlusion based on quantitative cervical vertebra maturation stages.Methods:The number of 180 male patients and 180 fe-male patients aged 8~25 years with various vertical skeletal Class Ⅱ malocclusion were chosen from the orthodontic depart-ment and respectively divided into three groups according the mandibular plane angle,high angle group,average angle group and lower angle group each with 60 patients.Based on quantitative cervical vertebra maturation stages,the differences of the hyoid bone position for various vertical skeletal Class Ⅱ malocclusion were dividedly compared in the pre-peak period,peak period and post-peak period.The angle and distance of the hyoid bone in vertical and horizontal directions on the CBCT medi-an sagittal plane was measured.Results:In the pre-peak period,only the distance of H-RGN was significantly different be-tween lower angle group and average angle group,and between lower angle group and high angle group for male.In the peak period,the S-C3 and H-RGN in the lower angle group were significantly different from the high angle group for male.In the post-peak period,the angle of CSN and CSH and the distance of H-C3 and H-RGN had significant difference between the lower angle group and the high angle group for male.In the pre-peak period,only the distance of H-RGN was significantly dif-ferent between the lower angle group and the high angle group,and between the average angle group and the high angle group for female.In the peak period,the angle of HSN and CSN and the distance of H-RGN and H-MP in the lower angle group were significantly different from the high angle group for the female.In the post-peak period,the angle of CSH,the distance of H-C3 and H-RGN were statistically significant between the lower angle group and the high angle group for the females,H-RGN as low angle group>average angle group>high angle group.Conclusion:The location of hyoid bone to the third cer-vical vertebra has no difference both in the male and female patients with different vertical skeletal Class Ⅱ malocclusion in the pre-peak period,however,it was more close to the third cervical vertebra for high angel patients in the post-peak period.In all the same cervical vertebra maturation periods both for male and female,the distance of H-RGN was more shorter in high angle patients than lower angle patients,but no difference between hyoid bone and sella was found in the vertical direction.关键词
