Abstract
With the large-scale deployment of commercial communication satellite constellations at home and abroad,the market demand of small-size and low-cost ground terminal antennas used in vehicles is increasing.This paper proposes a structural design scheme for an extensible tile antenna.The antenna system is composed of an active multi-function rigid-flexible component and a heat-dissipated component.The active multifunctional rigid-flexible component consists of a microwave-digital hybrid module and a power supply-control module,which are interconnected by a flexi-ble PCB board.Therefore,the functions of RF signal transmission,synthesis,power distribution,power supply and sig-nal control are realized.Through the integrated design of structure and function of load-bearing components and heat dis-sipation components,the space volume and weight of the antenna system are greatly reduced.Under the two transporta-tion conditions of highway trucks and combined wheeled vehicles,the mechanical environment adaptability design and simulation analysis of the antenna are carried out.The results show that the fundamental frequency of the antenna is 182.38 Hz,the maximum deformation of the antenna is 0.05 mm,and the maximum stress is 31.6 MPa,which meet the design requirements of the above two resistance environment.关键词
