高职教师数字化素养现状、困境与提升路径
On the Current Situation,Dilemmas and Enhancement Paths of Digital Literacy of Higher Vocational Teachers
摘要
Abstract
In view of the problems in digital literacy of higher vocational teachers,such as backward digital awareness,low proficiency in using digital tools,and insufficient ability to integrate digital resources,and considering the resistance and difficulties faced by higher vocational teachers in improving their digital literacy,this paper proposes suggestions such as building a digital literacy improvement training system,upgrading campus digital teaching equipment,formulating reasonable incentive policies,and establishing a communication bridge among teachers,in order to enhance the digital literacy of higher vocational teachers.关键词
