Abstract

The experiment aimed to optimize the extraction technology of Cortex Mori polysaccharide(CMP)to provide a reference for the rational use of CMP as an immune enhancer in livestock and poultry production.CMP was extracted via the water extraction and alcohol precipitation method.Building on preliminary single-factor experiments,an orthogonal test was designed with CMP yield as the evaluation criterion to optimize extraction parameters.Results demonstrated that extraction temperature exerted the most significant influence on CMP yield,followed by liquid-to-material ratio and extraction time.The optimal extraction conditions were determined as follows:a temperature of 90℃,a liquid-to-material ratio of 20 mL/g,and an extraction duration of 3 hours.Under these optimized parameters,the polysaccharide content in the crude extract reached 59.29%,with a CMP yield of 6.65%.This systematic approach highlights the critical role of temperature control in enhancing extraction efficiency while providing actionable insights for scaling up CMP production processes.The results show that the process has higher extraction efficiency,which lays a foundation for the further study of CMP.
